HOW TO USE AAMUSTED LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (AAMUSTED LMS)

As part of the blended learning or hybrid learning of the university. Every student is entitled to know how to use the Aamusted LMS platform to learn when there is a learning going on at the platform

Here Is The Procedure To Follow To Access The Aamusted LMS 2022

1. First login in to https://lms.aamusted.edu.gh/
2. Use your index number as a username and the same as a password to login for the first time.
3. After logging in to the system make sure you change your password from your index number to your own characters you can easily remember.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IN THE LMS

Open any browser of your choice

2. Enter the following url inside the address bar: http://directory.aamusted.edu.gh as STAFF or

http://directory.aamusted.edu.gh:8181 as STUDENT

3. Enter the details below to aid in changing the password

Login                : {your username, same as student ID No. for students }

Old password : {your Old Password, same as student ID No. for students }

Update For Aamusted Vice Chancellor Scholarship 2022

New password: {New Password, should be based on Policy below }

Confirm          : {New Password, same as New Password above}

4. Click on Send to change the password.

Your password must conform to the following constraints (POLICY):

• Minimum length: 4
• Minimum number of lowercase characters: 1
• Minimum number of uppercase characters: 1
• Minimum number of digits: 1
• Minimum number of special characters: 1
• Your new password may not be the same as your old password
• Your new password may not be the same as your login

How to register for your courses in the LMS

1. After you have successful login into the LMS
2. Locate or click on the Dashboard to see all the register courses in your portal
3. Or you click on the course to see all the register courses in your portal

How To Search For A Course In Aamusted LMS

1. Locate the search button (search course) at the right corner of your dashboard
2. Type in the right course code to search in the search button (eg EDC111 thus Philosophy)
3. A lot of courses with the same name will appear on the dashboard.
4. Choose the one that have extension as TVET for Sandwich students
5. The system will ask you for password
6. Ask the particular lecturer for the password to join the class

Without registering your course in the LMS you cannot join and online lectures when there is a class going on there, please
