The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has released the results of students who sat for the 2022 Basic Education Examination Certificate (BECE). Students can check their results from now on since it has been published by the Council (WAEC).

You can visit any nearest internet cafe in your area and attendants will help you with the checking of your school placement.

In order for you to check your CSSPS placement online, follow the steps below;
CHECK 2023/2024 ADMISSION CUT-OFF POINTS IN KNUST
- The first step is to ensure you have the placement checker (visit any nearest internet cafe for the checker)
- Ensure that you have access to a computer that has Internet access.
- Using your computer, visit the CSSPS result checker online portal(http://www.cssps.gov.gh/)
- Proceed to enter your BECE index number. It should be 10 digits. And also your year of examination. For example, if your index number is 1234567890 and the year of your examination, this is what you will input: 123456789018.
- On your checker, you will get a serial number. Enter the serial number found on top the scratch card in the field designated for it.
- Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) that will also be found on the scratch card you had purchased.
- After you are done, you then click submit. Be patient and wait for the results window to pop up. If you are successful, the CSSPS placement checker print form option will appear. Click on print to print out your form.
BECE PLACEMENT TO SHS ANNOUNCEMENT
The Ghana Education Service (GES) announced that the placement into Senior High Schools (SHS) has been published and available to the public.
The Ghana Education Service has announced that the 2022 Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) into Senior High Schools and Technical and Vocational Education and Training Schools (TVETS) has been published on Sunday, JAN, 29
In a statement issued by the Service, out of the total number of 533,693 registered candidates, 494,530 candidates qualified to be placed.
Whilst 343, 264 of the candidates were automatically placed in one of their choice of school, 151,266 qualified candidates could not be matched with any of their choices.
However, for the 151,266 qualified candidates who could not be matched with any of their selected schools, GHS noted that they will be redirected to the Self-Placement Portal where they will be asked to answer some questions.
“Management of Ghana Education Services wishes to assure all students, especially, those who could not be matched with their choices during the automatic placement, parents and the general public that all schools with vacancies have been uploaded on the portal for students to select from during self-placement without hitches,” the statement added.
