WAEC SET OFFICIAL DATE TO RELEASE 2022 BECE RESULTS

The 2022 BECE ended on the 21st of October 2022, but the question on the minds of candidates, parents, and other stakeholders is when will the 2022 BECE results be released by WAEC?

When Will Waec Release 2022 BECE Results? 

The release of the 2022 BECE results will start processes towards the 2022 school placement, which starts after the BECE results are officially made to the general public.

Per the standard practice of the WAEC, the BECE and other examinations administered by WAEC are released 45 days after the last paper.

Since the last paper for this year’s BECE was administered by WAEC on Friday 21st October 222, WAEC is projected to release the results on or before December 5th, 2022. The 45th day after the end of the exam falls on December 5th, 2022

However, if the weekends are not considered in the determination of the 45 days, then the results should be released on or before 23rd December 2022. If the results are not released by this day, it may be postponed to another day after the festive season.

Base on the new GES Transitional Academic Calendar, all form 1 (SHS1) students will report to school on February 20^th 2023.

Because of the reporting date, all students, parents and other stakeholders should expect the 2022 BECE results from last week of January 2023
