Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to young people in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of safeguarding for our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities
– Provide support to young people in our homes.
– Assist with activities of daily living, including cooking, shopping, medical visits, etc.
– Duty of Safeguarding and Duty of Care to the young person.
– Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
– Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, friends and family members to develop and implement care plans
– Provide companionship and emotional support to the Young People
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided

Senior Case Worker (Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Nurse): Sponsorship Available

Care Assistant: Sponsorship Available

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
– Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring support
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
– Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
– Minimum 1 year Experience in providing care or supporting young people is preferred. Level 4 with YPCF will be prioritized.
– Knowledge of medication administration procedures is an asset.
