This app, which displays the CAGD logo, is not recognized by CAGD. As such, teachers and government workers are advised not to download the app or enter any login credentials to access their payslips.
It has been reported that the E-payslip app is designed to compromise mobile phones and send all mobile money and bank transaction PIN codes to scammers who use them to withdraw users’ money. The app can be identified by its green and black labels.

Those who have already downloaded the app are urged to reset their phones to factory settings, as the app cannot be removed once installed.
