In a concerted effort to enhance service delivery and elevate learning outcomes, the Ghana Education Service (GES) has issued a crucial directive (Ref. No. GES/HQ/HRMD/SEC/24/01) to all Regional Directors of Education within the Republic of Ghana.The primary objective of this initiative is to modernize the records of the human resource base across all management levels, aiming to foster efficiency, effectiveness, informed decision-making, cost savings, and enhanced accountability.

Directors are hereby notified to employ the attached template for the meticulous collation of data on all staff, encompassing both teaching and non-teaching roles at various levels. The compiled information is to be submitted to the HRMD Secretariat via [email protected] by 23rd January 2024. Importantly, individual schools or districts are not authorized to submit data independently; instead, the data should be collated and submitted collectively by each region.
