Highlights
1. Per the new validation guidelines, your salary will stop coming if you are not validated for even one month.
2. Per the new guidelines, whenever your existing validators want to stop validating you, they are required to alert you (transfer teacher) to inform your new management unit to start validating you (add you).
3. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, some existing validators will not alert you before they stop validating you. And so you will not get salary for that month because your new unit may not add you especially when your former unit stop validating you after one month.

4. When you are not validated for one month, you must apply for salary reactivation which can take several months and you may not get all the arrears.
5. Caution: In order to avoid such a situation, immediately you move to your new station, do not wait for your former unit to alert you that they will not validate. This is because they may not even attempt alerting you so that they see you go through the stress of no salary.
6. You must inform your new unit to start add/ validating you immediately you report to the new unit and not to wait for the alert from your previous unit.
7. For all those who have suffered this issue, this one too shall pass. You will survive it by God’s grace/ Inshallah.
