The School of Engineering at the University of Manchester is delighted to announce the introduction of a scholarship program aimed at exceptional international students commencing their taught studies in September 2023.
The School of Engineering invites high-achieving individuals from across the globe to apply for the scholarship, which is applicable to all study areas within the school.

Individuals who are selected for this scholarship will be granted a waiver for tuition fees amounting to £33,000. The scholarship is specifically designed for those pursuing a Masters of Science (MSc) in project management of a program suite.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
In order to qualify for this scholarship, you need to fulfill the following conditions:
- You must be a resident of a South Asian, South East Asian, or African nation.
2. You must have received an offer for a full-time Master’s program (taught) in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, beginning in September 2023, either conditionally or unconditionally.
In the event that you were offered admission in a previous round, your application will still be considered for this award. If you are selected for the award, your admission offer will be reinstated.
- The necessary level of English language proficiency must be met for the chosen course.
- Prior to the registration deadline, ensure that you have registered for your preferred course.
- Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of an Upper Second class 2:1 or an equivalent worldwide qualification.
- For tuition purposes, you must be classified as an international candidate and finance the course yourself.
The benefits of the scholarship are outlined below:
- The first-ranked applicant will receive a full tuition fee waiver worth £33,5000.
- Four applicants will be granted a partial tuition fee remission of £10,000 each.
- Ten applicants will receive an award of £6,000 each.
