It should be noted that the basic admission requirements for any candidate who wish to study in University for Development Studies is that they should have at least credits (A1 – C6 in WASSCE and A – D in SSSCE) in English, Core Mathematics and Integrated Science (for Science related programs) or Social Studies (for non-Science related programs) and three relevant elective subjects.

• Select your mode of entry and indicate your entry type (i.e Post WASSCE/SSCE, Post Diploma, Matured etc). Click submit to start applying.Fill application form and attach your passport picture. The applicant’s passport picture should be in .jpg, .jpeg, .png or .gif format and must not exceed 100KB in size. Make sure you upload a picture showing your face clearly.
• Clicking the SAVE AND CONTINUE LATER button will save your application for editing later.

Important Things to Note About UDS Admission 2023

Inconsistency in name or picture on registration slip is not acceptable to the university and may lead to disqualification of affected candidates.

Candidates’ names on their ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Certificates, and other registration documents must be the same.

Candidates MUST be sixteen (16) years of age or above to be eligible for the exercise.

Candidates awaiting SSCE results or its equivalent can also apply for admission provided the result will be available at resumption.

A change of program after the submission of application forms will NOT be allowed.

Candidates must ensure that they register with their own valid personal telephone (GSM) numbers and email addresses.

Applicants are to ensure that application forms are posted early enough to be received before the deadline for submission as forms received after the deadline will not be processed.

Registration is online, therefore, candidates are not expected to be present physically on the university campus, but advised to register from any location.
