KNOW THE KIND OF FOOD TO EAT CONSIDERING YOUR BLOOD GROUP

 

The blood is a unique tissue of a living thing. In humans, just like any other living thing, its
presence, and for that matter, its integrity, suggest a good health status of the individual. All
the biological systems of a human being ends in improving upon the blood. Thus should one
system fail to perform its duties effectively, life will be at risk.
By the blood also humans are known to differ. Though physically the human blood is red in all
humans and that appears to be simple, it rather shows a vast difference and complexity at
the chemical level of which only microscopic investigation can unveil. Of the factors by which
blood can used to show the differences among humans, blood group is the most important.
By the blood grouping, physicians take counsel on dealing with some kind of diseases.
Beyond the health environment as well blood group does affect the human race even to the
level of social relationships.

BLOOD GROUP MARRIAGE DETERMINANT

Now people consider choosing their marriage partners after considering the difference and
similarities that blood group can afford. The various blood groups of the human race are as
follows; O, A, B and AB.
Scientific study over the years has turned their focus much into blood grouping, it’s related
complications and how best it can be improved to make living essential. Of all these the diet
of the individual is the paramount of them all since what we take can affect our health in

FOODS TO CONSIDER FOR A SAID BLOOD GROUP

In general a balanced diet is safe for all humans and thus for all kinds of blood group. Yet to
take a certain pattern of dieting will do best to improve life at the individual level because of
how that dieting affects the blood group.
Blood group ‘O’ are to consider high protein diet and vegetables and light on grain, beans and
diary.

FOODS TO CONSIDER FOR A SAID BLOOD GROUP

Blood group ‘B’ are to consider vegetables, fruit, grains, beans, legumes, meat, poultry, fish,
eggs, and dairy. Chicken can be problematic including tomatoes and peanut.
Blood group ‘AB’ are to consider foods that include seafood, tofu, dairy, beans and grains,
They should avoid kidney beans, corn, beef and chicken. They are to avoid caffeine, alcohol,
and smoked or cured meats.
Blood group ‘A’ are to consider eating a diet rich in plants, and completely free of “toxic” red
meat. They are to consider fruits too and in this case should take it organic and fresh.
