A reputable Rural Bank is Ashanti Region is looking for qualified applicants to occupy the following position: Human Resource (HR) Manager
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 5 years experience in HR
- Master’s Degree with 3 years experience in HR
- Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in HR managerial position
- HR experience in Banking will be an added advantage
- A member of any HR professional qualifications will be an added advantage
Location: Ashanti Region

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
