Important note: Applicants are advised to review all entry requirements and cut-off points before purchasing the e-voucher.

• Verify if your name is on the Nursing Training College Admission List

• Purchase the Nursing Training Admission forms

• First, applicants must obtain the nursing training forms (e-voucher) for Public Health Training institutions. The e-voucher costs two hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢ 200.00) and can be purchased at any ADB branch, or via the Mobile Money short code 88718#, following the prompts.

1. Purchase the admission form for the nursing training program.
2. Go to the MOH Admission Portal login page by visiting the health website.

Enter the Serial Number and PIN from the e-voucher you obtained from the bank.

4Click on the Login button.

5.Verify all the required information and complete the following steps:

Choose the program you want to enroll in.

Select the institution you wish to attend.

Provide your academic details, including uploading your examination results.

Fill out your personal details.

Upload a passport-sized photograph of yourself.

Preview the summary of your online application to ensure that all the information is accurate.

Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

1. Click on the Submit button.

Print out a copy of the completed application form or save it as a PDF file.
