The headmistress of MalamKrom L/A Primary School in the Bono Region, Madam Gifty Pomaa, has reportedly halted all teaching and learning activities at the school due to her missing GHC 2,000, which disappeared from her bungalow. The headmistress suspects that some students may have been involved in the theft.

The incident occurred on March 13th, 2023, and as of March 20th, 2023, teaching and learning activities remained suspended. Angel FM reporters have spoken with some anonymous teachers who confirmed that the Headmistress instructed them to cease teaching until the school children pay back stolen money.
